{"id":27006,"date":"2026-01-15T11:34:33","date_gmt":"2026-01-15T10:34:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.realclubmaritimomelilla.es\/clmar\/?p=27006"},"modified":"2026-01-26T16:36:10","modified_gmt":"2026-01-26T15:36:10","slug":"comunicado-informativo-sobre-uso-de-pescarec","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.realclubmaritimomelilla.es\/clmar\/comunicado-informativo-sobre-uso-de-pescarec\/","title":{"rendered":"Comunicado Informativo sobre &#8220;Uso de PescaREC&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>COMUNICADO INFORMATIVO<\/p>\n<p>Uso de PescaREC<\/p>\n<p>Se informa a los pescadores recreativos que, a partir de la fecha de publicaci\u00f3n en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial del Estado (BOE) de la Orden por la que se regula la presentaci\u00f3n de solicitudes, declaraciones y comunicaciones a trav\u00e9s de medios electr\u00f3nicos en las reservas marinas de inter\u00e9s pesquero y para la pesca de recreo, ser\u00e1 obligatorio el uso de la aplicaci\u00f3n m\u00f3vil PescaREC, desarrollada por el Ministerio de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentaci\u00f3n (MAPA).<\/p>\n<p>Cabe recordar que el acceso al funcionamiento, uso y a la totalidad de la informaci\u00f3n vinculada a la aplicaci\u00f3n m\u00f3vil PescaREC, se realizar\u00e1 exclusivamente a trav\u00e9s de los portales oficiales del Ministerio de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentaci\u00f3n. Cualquier otro canal, medio o soporte distinto a los expresamente habilitados por este Ministerio carecer\u00e1 de validez y no garantizar\u00e1 la autenticidad, integridad o actualizaci\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n proporcionada.<\/p>\n<p>En consecuencia, se recomienda a todas las personas usuarias verificar que consultan siempre los sitios web oficiales del Ministerio para asegurar la obtenci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n veraz, actualizada y conforme a la normativa<\/p>\n<p>vigente.<\/p>\n<p>En consecuencia, toda la informaci\u00f3n oficial relativa a la aplicaci\u00f3n PescaREC se encuentra actualmente disponible en la p\u00e1gina web del Ministerio de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentaci\u00f3n (MAPA), accesible a trav\u00e9s del siguiente enlace:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mapa.gob.es\/es\/pesca\/temas\/pesca-maritima-de-recreo\/pesca-rec\">https:\/\/www.mapa.gob.es\/es\/pesca\/temas\/pesca-maritima-de-recreo\/pesca-rec<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>En dicha p\u00e1gina web se han publicado, entre otra informaci\u00f3n de inter\u00e9s, las instrucciones de uso y una gu\u00eda r\u00e1pida de acceso a la aplicaci\u00f3n PescaREC, con el fin de facilitar su correcta utilizaci\u00f3n por parte de las personas usuarias.<\/p>\n<p>La aplicaci\u00f3n PescaREC estar\u00e1 disponible para su descarga en las principales plataformas oficiales de distribuci\u00f3n de aplicaciones m\u00f3viles, concretamente Google Play Store (Android) y Apple App Store (iOS), pudiendo localizarse mediante la b\u00fasqueda por su nombre.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez que la aplicaci\u00f3n se encuentre disponible para su descarga, se recomienda a los pescadores de recreo y a sus representantes que procedan a realizar el registro en la aplicaci\u00f3n, mediante la creaci\u00f3n de un usuario. A tal efecto, ser\u00e1 necesario disponer de los siguientes datos:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 N\u00famero de identificaci\u00f3n (DNI, CIF, NIE, pasaporte u otro documento equivalente) utilizado en la emisi\u00f3n de la licencia de pesca mar\u00edtima de recreo.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Licencia de pesca mar\u00edtima de recreo en vigor (n\u00famero de licencia y fecha de inicio de su periodo de validez).<\/p>\n<p>Se recuerda que, una vez creado el usuario en la aplicaci\u00f3n PescaREC, la obligatoriedad de su utilizaci\u00f3n \u00fanicamente ser\u00e1 exigible a partir de la fecha de publicaci\u00f3n en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial del Estado (BOE) de la Orden correspondiente que establezca dicha obligaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, se solicita la colaboraci\u00f3n para la difusi\u00f3n de esta informaci\u00f3n entre sus asociados, personas federadas, etc. Para cualquier duda o aclaraci\u00f3n adicional, se recomienda consultar la documentaci\u00f3n disponible en la
