style='clear: both' \/>\n\t\t<\/div>\n<br \/>\nLa Asociaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola de Clubes N\u00e1uticos realiz\u00f3 la pasada semana, tanto su Junta Directiva como Asamblea anual en el Real Club Mar\u00edtimo de Melilla. La mayor\u00eda de las entidades que forman la AECN estuvieron presentes en esta cita, debatiendo distintas cuestiones que afectan a los distintos clubes de la asociaci\u00f3n.<br \/>\nEl viernes, 31 de mayo, se realiz\u00f3 la Junta Directiva encabezada por el Real Club Mar\u00edtimo de Melilla, que actualmente ostenta la Presidencia de la AECN. Una reuni\u00f3n de trabajo que sirvi\u00f3 fundamentalmente para preparar los principales puntos del d\u00eda que tocaba debatir durante la Asamblea Ordinaria, que se desarroll\u00f3 durante el s\u00e1bado.<br \/>\nLos asistentes a esta reuni\u00f3n anual de la AECN fueron recibidos en el Sal\u00f3n Dorado del Palacio de la Asamblea por el presidente de la ciudad aut\u00f3noma. Tambi\u00e9n se realizaron distintas visitas guiadas, tanto a Melilla La Vieja como a las Salas Hist\u00f3ricas de Regulares y La Legi\u00f3n.<br \/>\nAl termino de la Asamblea se elabor\u00f3 una Declaraci\u00f3n Institucional de la AECN bajo el nombre \u201cMelilla 2024\u201d.<br \/>\nDECLARACI\u00d3N MELILLA 2024<br \/>\nLa Asamblea General Ordinaria de la Asociaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola de Clubes N\u00e1uticos (AECN) se ha reunido en la ciudad aut\u00f3noma de Melilla, acogidos por el Real Club Mar\u00edtimo de Melilla, que est\u00e1 de celebraci\u00f3n, al conmemorar durante este a\u00f1o sus ochenta aniversarios. Con tal motivo, los miembros que formamos la AECN desarrollamos nuestro encuentro anual con la certeza de que nos enfrentamos a un futuro incierto y estamos preparados para los importantes retos en los que estamos inmersos o a los que aparecer\u00e1n en un futuro cercano.<br \/>\nEstos retos, deben servir para reformar la acci\u00f3n conjunta dentro de la asociaci\u00f3n, fortaleciendo su estructura y ampliando su base asociativa, en el convencimiento de que la unidad de acci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 fundamental para conseguir dar estabilidad a nuestra actividad.<br \/>\nLos clubes n\u00e1uticos nos hemos convertido, con el paso de los a\u00f1os, en elementos consustanciales en el seno de las ciudades que nos acogen. Somos elementos dinamizadores de la vida social y cultura, motor econ\u00f3mico, escuela de valores para las nuevas generaciones que practican deporte con nosotros&#8230;. en definitiva, entidades vivas, abiertas al entorno que les rodea y que, en nuestra justa medida, contribuimos a la vitalidad de la sociedad.<br \/>\nLa carencia de \u00e1nimo de lucro de nuestros clubes, y la entrega desinteresada de sus Juntas Directivas, son una caracter\u00edstica fundamental que nos diferencia en una sociedad mercantilista, donde la consecuci\u00f3n de un beneficio econ\u00f3mico se ha instalado en todos los \u00e1mbitos. No todo es econom\u00eda y no todo puede ni debe medirse por aspectos puramente econ\u00f3micos.<br \/>\nPor nuestra parte reforzamos, m\u00e1s a\u00fan si es posible, nuestra apuesta por el deporte, y no solo en el \u00e1mbito n\u00e1utico, sin que con el paso del tiempo la diversificaci\u00f3n de nuestra oferta deportiva se ha convertido en un pilar b\u00e1sico de nuestra subsistencia.<br \/>\nEsta apuesta por el deporte va acompa\u00f1ada por una clara protecci\u00f3n del medio ambiente y conseguir la sostenibilidad de nuestras instalaciones. Sin duda los esfuerzos que estamos haciendo en ese sentido deben verse recompensados y forma parte de la lecci\u00f3n que damos y que nos demandan las generaciones futuras.<br \/>\nAbordamos una \u00e9poca de constantes cambios, en busca de una modernizaci\u00f3n que en muchos casos es contraria a los movimientos que nos crearon d\u00e9cadas atr\u00e1s. Tiempos<br \/>\nen los que toca subsistir ante una amenaza cierta, que, en determinados casos, que hace cimbrear los s\u00f3lidos cimientos que nos vieron nacer. Es el momento, de dar un paso adelante, de poner en valor el espacio que ocupamos en la sociedad y navegar junto a instituciones y organismos con los que debemos formar equipo. La leal colaboraci\u00f3n p\u00fablico-privada es eje a potenciar. Somos socios cre\u00edbles y serios, y la administraci\u00f3n debe valorar que hemos demostrado nuestra decidida apuesta por dinamizar el entorno de nuestros clubes.<br \/>\nLos clubes n\u00e1uticos son mucho m\u00e1s que simples entidades deportivas. Son espacios donde la comunidad se re\u00fane para disfrutar de su pasi\u00f3n por el mar y actividades socio-culturales. En estos lugares, se fomentan valores como el compa\u00f1erismo, la solidaridad y el trabajo en equipo, que son fundamentales para construir una sociedad m\u00e1s cohesionada.<br \/>\nNuestras instalaciones son el escenario en el que se est\u00e1n formando, no solo los regatistas del presente y futuro, sino que tambi\u00e9n hemos avanzando para dar cabida a otras tantas disciplinas deportivas dando respuesta a las inquietudes de nuestros asociados, consiguieron generar.<br \/>\nLas entidades que formamos la AECN mostrarnos unidad y apoyo en las vicisitudes como las que han llevado a la perdida de la concesi\u00f3n de los clubes de Gand\u00eda, Mah\u00f3n e Ibiza o a las que se enfrenta otros como nuestros compa\u00f1eros del Real Club N\u00e1utico de Palma, Castell\u00f3n y otros m\u00e1s. Es una cuesti\u00f3n que nos debe hacer reflexionar y desarrollar un frente com\u00fan ante las instituciones que deben asegurar la existencia de nuestras entidades.<br \/>\nDebemos unir nuestras fuerzas para instar una modificaci\u00f3n legislativa que permita reconocer la singularidad de los clubes n\u00e1uticos y as\u00ed poder acometer los procesos de renovaci\u00f3n de las concesiones con garant\u00edas de \u00e9xito. Incluso ir m\u00e1s all\u00e1 y reivindicar una legislaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica que garantice que podamos seguir desarrollando nuestra funci\u00f3n deportiva y social m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de criterios exclusivamente econ\u00f3micos.<br \/>\nLa legislaci\u00f3n debe permitirnos seguir desarrollando nuestra actividad deportiva, fundamentalmente dedicada al desarrollo del Deporte Base, financiada con recursos propios, y con ayudas p\u00fablicas. Ha quedado demostrado que la mencionada colaboraci\u00f3n p\u00fablico-privada es la f\u00f3rmula exitosa para obtener resultados excelentes, por encima de las iniciativas en solitario.
