Las condiciones no han sido \u00f3ptimas y a las 15:30 horas el Comit\u00e9 ha decidido finalizar la jornada, que desde el mediod\u00eda ten\u00eda izada la bandera de aplazamiento en tierra.<\/p>\n<p>La flota nacional de Techno 293, Techno Plus e iQfoil infantil y juvenil se ha dado cita en el Real Club Mar\u00edtimo de Melilla para decidir durante esta semana el t\u00edtulo que otorga la Real Federaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola de Vela a los campeones de cada clase.<\/p>\n<p>El Comit\u00e9 ha esperado hasta \u00faltima hora antes de tomar la decisi\u00f3n de dejar en blanco esta primera jornada, confiando en que los partes meteorol\u00f3gicos no confirmaran los peores presagios.<\/p>\n<p>La situaci\u00f3n cambia a partir de este jueves y se espera que en los tres d\u00edas que todav\u00eda restan de Campeonato de Espa\u00f1a se pueda navegar y desarrollar las mangas suficientes que garanticen competitividad para establecer a los nuevos campeones de cada clase.<\/p>\n<p>Hasta la ciudad aut\u00f3noma se han desplazado casi centenar y medio de regatistas que se reparten de la siguiente forma: trece en Techno Plus, 65 en Techno 293 y 67 en iQFoil.<\/p>\n<p>El Real Club Mar\u00edtimo de Melilla cuenta con el apoyo y patrocinio de Melilla Sport Capital y Bale\u00e0ria en el desarrollo de esta competici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<style
